I thought the site was designed very well and very attractive. I actually felt it was an enjoyable experiance (which is amazing as all the other sites I have used were very boring and dull and I hated keying in the same details all over again). My husband is in the computer industry and has designed sites for verious people so I am constantly asked for my opinion and I certainly would rate your site highly appearance. In terms of the user friendlyness of the site I found it very easy to imput details and response was swift.
